Table of flipping equipment
The table of the flipping machine is a very critical part. It fits precisely with the workpiece. Reasonable table design will be an important guarantee for safe production. At the same time, it can also protect the workpiece and the equipment table from damage and extend the service life of the equipment.
For relatively regular workpieces, a mechanical flipping machine is used because its center of gravity deviation will not be large, the workpiece is relatively flat, the load-bearing range is relatively large, and the equipment requirements are minimal. The flipping equipment of this type of workpiece is also widely used in the market, such as injection molds, steel coils, etc. The table of this type of workpiece is basically based on a right-angle plane. The flipping of cylindrical workpieces requires the installation of a 'V'-shaped protection on the table to prevent rolling.
For irregular workpieces, fixed or movable brackets, openings, clamps, etc. can be installed on the table to fix the workpiece, so that the workpiece and the table are connected as a whole or confined in space to achieve safe and efficient production purposes.
